Tune Up Proposal Spotlight: Dormammu

The Master of the Dark Dimension is in need of more power to siphon from the Contest to make his mark. The proposed buff is really meant to update his damage for more relevant content, while also adding a few additional factors into his defensive capabilities. With this, Dormammu is now threatening as an attacker while also maintaining his mainstay qualities in defense. He is also incinerate immune now to add to his numerous utilities. The major changes or tune-ups to his kit are bolded. Feel free to leave any critiques on the tuning or flow of this proposition.
Based on a 5/65 6 Star Champion
Passive:
->As a being of pure mystical energy, Dormammu is immune to Bleed, Poison and Incinerate effects.
Passive – Dark Energy
->For each 1% of a Bar of Power the opponent loses from any source, Dormammu absorbs 1 Dark Energy. Max Energy: 100.
->Gain 25 Dark Energy whenever a buff on the opponent expires. Gain double the charges if the buff is nullified.
->When reaching 100 Dark Energy, Dormammu gains an Imbued Passive that enhances his next attack with an effect. As a Defender, Imbued Effects are triggered on activation of the attack.

Heavy Attack
->Place a Soul Bond on the opponent if not already applied.
->While Soul Bond is active, gaining Dark Energy also increases the Soul Bond up to 100.
->If Soul Bond is already applied, the last hit will detonate the Soul Bond dealing 323.94 Direct Damage per charge.

Medium Attack Combo Ender
->The opponent doesn’t gain Power from this Attack.
->Upon ending a combo with a Medium Attack, drain 25% of Bar of Power from the opponent.
->Imbued: Instead Power Steal 30% a Bar of Power from the opponent, gaining 50% of the Power Stolen.

Special 1: Soul Fire
->The last hit of this Attack has a 100% Chance to Nullify 2 Buffs.
->Imbued: Nullify all Buffs from the opponent and deal 161.97 damage for each Buff removed this way.

Special 2: Dimensional Blasts
->The first hit of this Attack inflicts a Power Lock debuff lasting 7 seconds.
->For each Bar of Power the opponent has, gain 2858.25 Attack until the end of the attack.
->Imbued: Each hit of this attack also Power Drains 20% of Max Power the Opponent has and detonates Soul Bond.
->For each Bar of Power the opponent has, gain 2858.25 Attack until the end of the attack.

Special 3: Lord of the Dark Dimension.
->Gain a Dimensional Link buff causing Dormammu to continually gain Dark Energy for 16 seconds.
->Imbued: Gain a Dimensional Link Passive for 16 seconds. While active, Heal 5% of all damage taken by the opponent.

Signature Ability – Soul Leech
->Dormammu uses his opponent’s powers as a link to reach deep within their soul. Each time a buff is nullifed or expires on his opponent, Dormammu has up to a 100% chance based on Dark Energy to inflict a Degeneration Passive dealing 2682.94 to 5715.97 Direct Damage over 7 seconds.
->Whenever consuming a Imbued Passive, inflict a 7 seconds Placebo Buff on the opponent.

Synergy Changes

->Gain up to 50% Attack Rating based on Dark Energy.

For me the biggest issue with Dormammu, aside from the lack of Incinerate immunity is the requirement to land heavies in order to get the other aspects of the kit, and overall damage output, going. Sometimes it's hard to do as the AI just won't cooperate (but then again, why should it?). Something like this would fix it:
When Dormammu charges a Heavy Attack while hitting with a Basic Attack Combo, terrifying visions of the Dark Dimension cause the opponent to be passively Stunned for 0.6 seconds.
This would be a huge boost to his general usability and play style.
