Is the spiderman 2099 or hulk relic better with titania. I have both as a 5 star.

Probably hulk, since from what I've seen s99 is a good placement to those who are able to be affected by the dex such as torch and scorps while against someone like maw. Yet Rguardian and titania aren't due to already being immune
