Kabam closed my ticket confirming that this is definitely a bug they are looking into. I guess we just need to keep an eye out for updates now...

Posted about this a few days ago, no response or anything. Pretty frustrating considering this is a paid feature. I get stuff happens, but to completely ignore this is pretty **** to people spending actual money..
