An idea for a new Psycho man synergy

I'll start and say that this synergy isn't nearly as important as previous synergies I've suggested regarding his Doubt and Fear modes.
Anyway, Shower thoughts, do you have these too?
Well, while I took a shower I thought...what if Psycho man had this synergy:
Psycho man:When a personal concussion triggers, pause all personal shock debuffs for 3 seconds. If this concussion prevented any abillity, pause for 6 seconds instead

I don't know, but sometimes they release characters with whom Psycho man can have synergies
Like Cassie, Future ant man, Gladiator... we will have to wait and see

Well they are released now and they don’t have synergies with them.
