How I feel after necropolis 100%

I’m very happy with the way necropolis turned out. I know bigger names have touched on it already but for a little guy like myself, I had a ton of fun. Yes some fights posed way harder challenges than others, but you definitely get into a groove the more fights and paths you complete. I went from throwing 20+ revives at the grandmaster for initial completion to getting him down in 2 revives my last few paths. A very fun fight! Forces you to keep up and pay attention to the game.

Rewards are also top tier, and feel very rewarding for the effort required.
Personally I still have not used either of my R3 gems, as I’m in a moment of “oh **** now I actually have to decide who to rank up” lol.

Thanks to the game team for their effort put into this content I had a blast with it. And can’t wait to never be able to place my Maestro on BG defense lol

I'm planning to just brute it with Aegon 100% + cheerleading support synergy and some fight specific heroes.

I did a mix, I did 4 lanes with Aegon playing hero ball and 2 lanes with a mix of Kate, Zemo and Shuri ( reed and Titania lanes).

My Aegon runs I brought R5 Ascended Aegon, heimdal (you can almost cut your revive count in half if you know how to finesse the indestructible. I really never threw a special. I saved my SP3 the whole fight. If the fight gets out of control go balls to the wall, MLLLM straight into MLLLM do not dash back. Eat an SP3, use your own SP3 then MLLLM, MLLLM, MM, MLLLM into a relic, MLLLM and throw your SP2. You can get a good 5-10% extra health down doing this!)
I also brought Wiccan, who was awesome for Aarkus and Galan and final 1% of the grandmaster
I brought Kate a few paths as a backup
Abs man handled a few fights as well
I used Torch on the right half for fights like Diablo and Stryfe

You must have a counter or at the very least know how to muscle through air walker on the left, and silver centurion on the right.

doom worked ok, and abs worked pretty good. Aegon can muscle through it in some revives if you can play how I mentioned above to maximize his damage

Silver centurion
I brute forced with Aegon. I got him down in 2 revives on my last path and I was very proud of that one lol

Valkyrie
you can do great using Aegon. But there’s a trick
When you start the fight, hit into her block and build her combo up super high doing this. Once she gets to 200-300 combo, then start actually hitting her. If you do this first, she will keep her pierce passive up the entire fight and you don’t have to worry about her node pretty much.

Odin
There’s a specific play stile and technique to being able to use Aegon
Go in accepting you’re going to sacrifice 3-5 revives to get a good combo meter (300 ish) before you even think about actually trying to do damage with the node
Let him use his specials and gain his buffs, stay close to him the entire fight, knock him down as much as possible (your own furies will allow Odin to add another fury buff to himself) it’s tricky and frustrating but once you get in the groove it’s not bad

Sandman
With Aegon It’s inevitable he’ll go into unstable. Let him use heavies to get out of unstable faster
You can stun him and hit him and your crits will take some resistance ups off him too
Kate also worked good using caltrops prefight. It’s up to you wether you wanna just throw revives at it with Aegon or spend more time with Kate but only a couple revives

Spidey Surpreme
Using Aegon, play like You’re using Valk on a hazard shift node. Only hit his block, and get good at dexing his SP1. Other than that it’s just a long fight but not complicated

Aegon, Aegon, and Aegon lol

Captain Britain
Aegon actually did it very well. Just pay attention to reverse controls
Shuri (only had a 6* R5) also did this fight amazing, just manage your shocks and know how to play shuri without critting. You’ll need to know how her specials work and how to manage your passive and debuff shocks

Sauron
I used this fight to ramp Aegon. It’s very frustrating until you get your true strike going. So if you want to bring próxima for a path, this is the path I recommend bringing her to
However i chose not to and just learned to accept defeat when I’m out of options and bank my combo meter and quit out.

Dragon man
Aegon does him fine. I recommend healing up on this fight cause you’ll need to block SP1’s
Shuri and kate also did this fight great. Just took some time and patience

Nova
Just a long Aegon fight, nothing crazy
Wiccan also did him decently
Abs man did ok when I brought him
Kate actually did awesome, and was really fun to use for him

Grandmaster
Phase 1
I started off like this.
Parry, heavy until parry or knockdown is banned
Dex until it is banned
Combo him until light is banned
Repeat until he’s in phase 2

Phase 2
Just pay attention to his commands. Just gotta make it past 5 commands. Not too bad honestly

Honestly the hardest phase is phase 3.
Learn to not be deadly afraid of his SP2… it won’t actually kill you so keep that in mind
Make it to 5 commands and you should be able to push him to phase 4 with 2 wounded phases

Phase 4
Bring Wiccan or Jugs. They make this phase super easy. Intercept him, throw one of each specials and you win!

If you’re wanting to go the cheaper route or focus on a shuri style exploration, the 6* does ok with a high relic. I ranked mine also because I could not and still cannot pull the 7*

Congrats bro!! Did you use suicide mastery. Or R5 aegon is good without it. I completed necro titania path only with aegon with suicide. That costs me some extra revives.. because with suicide other champions will die very soon.

I am thinking to use aegon without suicide mastery. So that I can bring champs like shuri and Kate.

You did 4 path with aegon. Did you feel on those 4 paths someone other can do batter then aegon. Or just aegon can samsh all the defender on these 4 paths.
I am also trying to finish it ASAP but i don't have 7* shuri and I don't want to rank up 6*. Without shuri mr fantastic path will be a big pain. So will do that path once I got shuri as 7*. But i thinking to complete rest other 4 path which you did with aegon.
Please suggest me if only aegon can do all of it.

I ran full recoil except for the trap section that made you use your specials.
I’m sure you could feel the próxima fury but I chose to just have Aegon and heimdal as my core and fill out the rest to help with specific counters

No Aegon isn’t the only option for sure. He DOES counter a lot in his base kit that helps take on really anyone but he’s like a solid 8/10 counter for everything, but there are champs like Kate that are a 10/10, they just take longer

Wong for example can do Odin very well

Shuri is really the only good counter i could think of for attuma. So may be worth ranking the 6*. You get 2 R5 gems so you get your investment back, if you can look at it like that

Kate and Zemo and do a lot, but I highly recommend to R5 and ascend them if you wanna use them a lot
