Secondary Ascension Poll

After my first poll the other evening it came down to my R4s, Now we have to figure out who that is and will benefit my account the most, At the moment I am at 8.1.5, I haven't explored Act 4 and Act 5 and once I open more of Act 8 I can explore it. I have never done a zone 25 incursion run and I try to do a lot of BG in each season to meet my alliance's requirements. So is it gonna be nick or herc?
