AW fault - can’t join

Hi Kabam,

Anyone else having issues joining AW? I’ve logged a support ticket and they’ve closed it without helping to resolve the issue. I’m still unable to join and the fact I’m going to be penalised for not joining war when I can’t? I can’t get any rewards. I’ve tried, logging in and out, I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it, tried different champs, different buff. I’m unsuccessful and it’s rather frustrating. Can I get some support please instead of leaving me in the dark.

    No issue with AW but I can’t join AQ. I was able to login when it started today and did several fights but now I can’t get pass the play now button.

    To op, what exactly is the issue? Can you not hit the begin button, does it give you an error, does it infinitely load, what exactly happens?

    One of my alliancemates is having the same problem. Hopefully Kabam address it soon.

    I press begin and nothing happens. I tried going off WIFI and still no luck.

    Do you have champions involved in a quest currently that are on your defense team you are trying to place? I had a similar hang-up yesterday and realized I had a quest partially underway I hadn't finished. Finished that and left the story quest and then tried placing my team and didn't have an issue.

    One of my friends said they had that happen to their alliancemate and recommends having them submit a ticket to support

    This issue has come up once again for an alliancemate of mine.

    I’m still unable to join. I’ve given up. I’ve done a ticket and they just said they’ll look into it and closed it.
