Dupe on Domino or a new Guilotine 2099?

Just wailed out (I know, I’m ashamed) and torn between two choices from the selector. Domino is my favorite champ and I have her Rank 3 unduped. The dupe is basically negligible for most of the game and I don’t have a Guilotine 2099 which I like a lot but silver stars are silver stars…

Since it's your favourite champ and already at r3, give her silver stars to ensure that you will never play her at BGs, since she would be insta/perma banned 😂
