Mcoc webstore not working

I made a purchase of the $10 cyber weekend deal and it never showed up on my account. I restarted the game a half a dozen times. And it shows it’s missing from the webstore. Also. To try it again I acquired the free daily crystal just to see if that would be delivered and that didn’t show up either.

On another note, I started using the store when they introduced the free crystals. Right after that my ingame display started glitching. ( pictures) So I’m afraid there is a bug when using the store. I never had this happen before the store and it usually happens when I enter the game immediately after the webstore so I’m sure that’s the cause. Why is this happening? iPhone 12 Pro,

I thought I took another screenshot but above is one display issue. It’s smaller or compacted and I’ve also had an issue where the screen flips when I turn my phone upright. For some reason that screenshot didn’t save. These issues resolve themselves in a minute or so but they happen right after leaving the webstore. So to me there is a bug between the webstore and the game causing this. It makes me reluctant to use the webstore and evenmore so if I can’t resolve my purchase issue. I don’t want a bug in my game or on my purchase info…

you have multiple acccount ? maybe you logged in with wrong acc on the webstore so your purchases went to a different account than the one you wanted to benefit the rewards

No, I have only 1 account. I’ve never made another account ever. And it showed the correct email when logged in.

Update.: I received my purchase, but I still haven’t gotten the free daily crystal.

How long did it take you to get your stuff? I made purchase and daily valiant crystal and haven’t recieved anything as of yet

I would. I tried to get a ticket originally but couldn’t remember or figure out where to go to do a ticket so I posted on here to see if anyone else was having the issue. It sounds like it’s impacting everyone.
