It's a class selector crystal for class champs in the basic pool, here is an infographic made by Cat Murdock for who would be in the class crystal, and if you hold the crystal for the titan crystal update you'll gain access to attempt to get Knull, Juggernaught, Shang chi, Warlock, Spot, and Colossus.
