I'm gonna preface this by saying I expected them to be unable to help and I would have been fine with that since it's not on Kabam to fix my mistake, but that wasn't what happened. Also, they have a point about how I shouldn't have finished the quest and immediately contacted support and waited. All I can say is I wasn't planning on asking for help, I only took a screenshot to share with my alliance so they could all laugh at my mistake.
I don't know, it just felt pretty disrespectful for support to ignore what my actual request was and instead write me off as a scammer begging for extra rewards instead of addressing my actual issue. Pretty disappointing since support has helped me out in the past with glitches and stuff.
What do you guys think, was I out of pocket for making my request?
(Tl;dr: made a mistake and didn't use the shovel on the last run of SQ. Went to support for help, got treated like a scammer)
