Alliance problem

in Bugs and Known Issues
I am facing a new problem...our ally is now in war,but whenever I try to place defenders in BG 1 and 2, nothing happen.....my ally enlisted 2 bg for war, but i can place it only in bg 3.....i tried evertime,but nothing happen........today our ally started a new aq,here i also cant join....whenever i try to join,it show that disconnected probeln....it also happen to my 3 alliance mate also....please help me

    AQ problem is either..

    (1) you have already participated in 4 days worth of AQ this series. You are only allowed to do 4 max each week. Trying to enter a 5th day causes failure (although, typically just infinite “loading” and not this particular error message)

    (2) you are trying to use champs for AQ that are still in AW defensive persistent setup. Most likely, in either of the UP(+) or DOWN(-) potential Tier Maps, where they most likely have been forgotten about. As most people only pay attention to who they have placed in the “Current Tier Map”.
