So Kabam want us to forget how disappointing the Summoner Choice champion was!!

We get it Kabam is afraid of Hercules so much that they are making everything anti Hercules. Incursion is that way most of the time. But they are even not up to the task to design a summoner choice character. Is there is any doubt that Gladiator is the worst champion of this year. Every champion this year was good. To be honest this year Kabam did the best possible job. But when it came to summoner choice what was that. Seriously? That much powerful character is just a trash!

I am sure that if he wasn't a summoner choice character he would have been much better.

Hope Kabam will not run away from their blunder, this should be fixed before the years end.

OP, do you ever think about why Nick Fury, a guy with a gun is better than the man with the power of a million exploding suns (Sentry)?
Or why is Kate Bishop (Hawkeye's protege), is a much better champion than Hawkeye?
Or why skill champs have class advantage over science and science has the advantage against mystic?
Or why does Dormammu, a freaking HELL lord isn't incinerate immune and can be beaten by Human Torch, as well as Scorpion, a SPIDERMAN villain?

Kabam is making all of these decisions for the greater good. Even if Gladiator is buffed, he won't be as strong as Hercules @PT_99

Did you really just say dormammu is a hell lord? That's wrong af. He's a lord over a other dimension but it's not he'll. It's the dark dimension. Two vastly different things. Now mephisto, that's a hell lord.

He’s a dark lord, a literal ruler of a dark dimension, which is different but similar

Bro please, his damage is as good as Hyperion with only 2 fury buffs. And that's ridiculously bad, like a champion so old, unramped is outshining the damage of a hero who players voted.

This is one I am perfectly happy letting Miike tackle. That's why he gets the big bucks.

There is a wide gap between Herc and Gladiator’s current state.

I don’t think anyone truly expected Gladiator to be on par with Herc. I think most of us expected him to be in the debate for a top 10 cosmic, maybe pushing top 5 cosmic.

Quicksilver seemed like a reasonable level for a Summoners Choice champ. If the goal was for Gladiator to be on that level and he just needs rebalanced to get there that’s great. If the goal was for Gladiator to be how he currently is I think you’ll see a lot less enthusiasm for the next Summoner’s Choice vote.

Maybe ppl will be smart next time and not vote cosmic Instead vote any other class that's not cosmic or science unless science is really interesting

This whole conversation is premature. Champs get tuned now. It’s an established thing. Several of these tunings have led to okay champs becoming great champs.

So I don’t understand anger as a response here. Disappointment? Sure, okay. But why are people angry? Nothing has been announced about Gladiator’s tuning. If Kabam comes out and says he’s good as is, okay cool, then I get being upset. But this champ isn’t a finished product until that announcement hits. Pitchforks and torches down until then.

Exactly but the problem is there were people who were expecting Hercules 2.0 or another op Cosmic and even with all the information going in that they wouldn't be creating another Hercules, people didn't listen. They still have that expectation. And then because he wasn't buffed almost immediately, people were quick to jump on the argument of "oh, they're not going to fix Gladiator," even though we still haven't even seen the rebalance report.
