Hi Kabam..
Now that it's on the Featured Crystal, many of us have had a chance to get it and try it out well...
Many of us were excited about the potential of Gladiator, expecting him to be on par with formidableCosmics champions like Hercules or Hyperion. However, our experience with the character has left us disappointed, as he falls short in various aspects that significantly impact his gameplay.
Gameplay
Weak Offense: Gladiator lacks the offensive capabilities that players anticipated. The absence of Fury abilities hampers his damage output, making him less effective in battles compared to other Cosmic Champions.
Lack of Immunities: Unlike other Cosmic powerful Champions, Gladiator lacks essential immunities(Poison,Shock,Stun?), making him vulnerable to various debuffs and detrimental effects. This weakness severely limits his viability in challenging content.
Limited Synergies: The synergy options available for Gladiator are not potent enough to make him a strategic choice in diverse team compositions. This limits the player's ability to maximize Gladiator's potential within their roster.
Ineffective Intimidate: Gladiator's Intimidate ability is not functioning as expected, diminishing its impact on battles. This issue needs urgent attention to ensure that the character performs optimally.
Apparience:
Outdated Appearance: Gladiator's visual design appears dated when contrasted with the modern and visually captivating designs of other champions. Players were expecting a more visually appealing and contemporary character.
Lack of Detail: The lack of intricate details in Gladiator's design makes him seem less compelling in comparison to newer champions who boast elaborate and immersive visual elements.
Inconsistencies with Art Style: Gladiator's design appears inconsistent with the evolving art style seen in recent champions. Aligning his aesthetics with the current standards would contribute to a more cohesive and visually pleasing roster.

It's going to take forever before his rebalancing goes live, and even then, you shouldn't expect much. If they wanted him to have worthwhile immunities, he would already have them in his kit. Expanding his immunity to more forms of power control would be something I could see happening, and even that's super unlikely. I'd put my money on changes being 2 steps forward, 1.98 steps back. Technically better, but not enough so that anyone really cares. I hope I'm wrong.
