Just wondering how many ally leaders or officers have asked candidates to send a video showing their war attack fights as proof of skill. Sending roster pics and stating hero rating unfortunately doesn’t cut it any longer.

An officer colleague joked about it but it honestly sounds like a good idea.

Recruiting is a pain.

    Happens very often for high tier aw allys. Ours is aq focused, but almost every recruiting post in P1-masters asks for videos of tier 1 war fights.

    Masters, p1, and top t2 alliances do.

    Rosters are almost worthless now in judging a person's skill.
