P3 map 6 Alliance looking for new recruits

We’ve got a few spots opening up at the end of the season. Platinum 3 wars, tiers 2-3. Map 6 AQ and 100k BG minimums.
I’m looking for boss killers who communicate well and clear their paths comfortably in war, there’s some big shoes to fill.
AQ we typically get top 250 with epic mods.
Great group of guys, very well organised and some great experience.
What we are looking for: tier 2-4 war experience, a well rounded roster to put up a good defence as well as attack, willing to get your hands dirty with mini bosses.
Good communication skills and most importantly a sense of humour.
