Tier 1 Primordial Dust availability? Am I confused about how we get it?

Hi, folks! Hope all is well.

I honestly just might not understand what I needed to do during last month’s side event, but I never saw a way to get Tier 1 Primordial dust.

I did get the Tier 2 allotment, which is great, but I am just wondering did I simply do too high a difficulty of the side quest to get the Tier 1? Was it based on Progression? Was it just not available last month?

I know some people probably really don’t care about this, but I do like ascending 5-stars. I am not a cutting-edge, clear-all-content player. I like wandering the Battlerealm and putting questing teams together to do the monthly EQ and side event, and I found ascending 5-stars was a really fun thing to do.

I guess I will put it like this: I don’t particularly want or need Tier 2 Primordial dust. And I certainly could have messed up and not understood what I needed to do to get the Tier 1. I am not blaming anyone else, if that is the case. The side quests are sometimes hard to figure out and I could have messed that up.

However, if there’s some way to make sure we get a choice in which level of Primordial dust we get, maybe even a selector, that would be great, because I just don’t want or need the Tier 2 level.

Was Tier 1 dust available last month? Anyone know or care?

Tier 1 dust it's available as almost last milestone of Big Spender, you can see on objectives at down right.

UGH. That is what I feared — mine only let me get Tier 2 dust. UGH. UGH. UGH.

Oh, my gosh. Please, Kabam, if anyone sees this: Please make it a selector, or that we can trade it in, or something. Some of us really want the Tier 1 dust, as odd as it sounds
