Discussing War Changes

I’m going to make this short, so forgive me on any lapses in supportive evidence. I’m also not going to talk about the fact that the season starts right before New Year’s, Christmas & many other holidays as that is already being discussed elsewhere. I don’t think the way AW rewards for this next season are being handled appropriately. I’m completely in support of buffing Masters top 10 & 20, but not buffing the top 3 to fall in line with this seems… pointless? I’m not the most experienced in this field, I have only 2 seasons of Masters under my belt, my first was #3 on podium, my second (this season) is a bit beneath that at #8. However, I can acknowledge the difference in ability to reach podium vs top 10. When you don’t buff the top 3 rewards while buffing everything else it sets a bad precedent, mainly that of making pushing to top 3 less desirable. This last season already felt pretty dry, and I don’t think the rewards change is going to help much with that when you completely ignore the podium ranks. Anyway, that’s just a thought from a newcomer to the masters scene. Hope to see a response on this thought.
