7* Basic Pool new Champs missing Thursday evening 9pm CET

Hello everyone,
on Tuesday evening I opened the basic 7-star pool full of anticipation for the new champions and then realized that they were not included in the crystal.
I know that you don't always get to see all the champions in the carousel, but I first opened 3 7-star basic crystals and then 2 7-star talents (from necro run) and none of the new added champions were visible while spinning the crystals.
Of course, i only received old Champions.
In addition, there was an official post from you (Kabam) in the forum where a problem of this type was pointed out. Unfortunately, I can't find it any more.
I had saved extra for the new champions and then only had the old Champs in the crystals.
I recorded part of it and will try to post it here.
