me personally would go silk. Makes the nuking that much better, as with the extra attack, she will probably be able to end the fight in one rotation. Also correct me if im wrong, but extra ranks give extra combat power rate which means she can probably do the sp3 rotation ending with a sp2.

This is very important, so it must be clarified: In 7* champions, combat power rate is already maxed out as from rank 1. So extra ranks do not offer anything, in this department. This is the first rarity that this is implemented on.

You've already explored necropolis, so I personally wouldn't r3 shuri, she is fine at r2 for things like BGs. Of those options I'd personally go for either Silk or Venom because they are both a ton of fun and absolutely destroy in AW and BGs.

Silk, Black Cat, Venom. Would have said Shuri if you hadn’t already explored Necropolis. Venom in part because you have a duped 5* Venom relic which really helps him out.
