Relic Questions for Necropolis

Is it worth ranking my 5* WS relic for Kate? Or does it not scale well? Kept it low rank in case relic prestige factored into BGs matchmaking

Also I have a 6* and 5* Juggs relic, is it better to use the 6* jugg relic for my 7* Chavez to fill the spirit gauge faster, and the 5* relic for Juggs for GM phase 4? I have a 5* SW relic as well
