Where my rewards for 9 year anniversary

I got proven around a week ago but got the wrong rewards for the 9 year anniversary. For proven I'm supposed to get a 5 star crystal but I got a 4 star one

Anyone know why?

Try to send a ticket to kabam with the screenshot. They'll definitely look into this. They give quick replies.

Yes looks like it . I just noticed that the forum announcement lists the same rewards in the proven and conqueror/UC rows.
