3/4/5 star hero crystals

If someone got a 3,4 or 5 star crystal is it possible if the player can choose any hero he/she like instead of winning another hero in the lottery. As every hero in those crystal have same star rating .

Yeah, they won't but they should. It wouldn't hurt them or the game. Beside everyone has some favourite character, why can't they chose it from the respective tiers. I opened my first 4 star crystal in 5 months. The crystal stop at ghost rider which is cool and have many special abilities like bleed immunity, judgement, incineration, etc. But then the dial stops at Kamala Khan, which have only one special ability that is poison immunity.
