Thoughts on strategy for Necropolis Jubilee path?

I was practicing Aegon against Jubilee, and it seems difficult to ramp him on her since, once you are rooted, if you dex her specials she'll gain power. That means your Vengeance timer is kind of cut in half, since you'll be taking a lot of chip damage at the halfway point or she'll be powergaining like no other..

What if I took in Shuri to handle the first two defenders (Jubilee and iBom), and then ramped Aegon on Diablo, before switching over to Shuri to try and KO Diablo?

I initially wasn't planning on bringing in Shuri, but if I do, she might replace my Human Torch spot (and then I would try a combination of Aegon nuke / Shuri on Stryfe). I would end up with a team of Aegon + Shuri + Wiccan + Heimdall + Angela (mainly for synergies, but potentially can help on Spiderman Supreme).

Or is there a specific playstyle to ramping Aegon on Jubilee?

I've been loath to rank my 6* Shuri hoping for the 7* from either basics from shards or the whole crystals from paths, so made Aegon do the heavy lifting.

I did the ramp on Jubilee. I tried to make sure that I never pushed her far above a bar of power so that she would throw specials more easily and I had a lot of space to not catch the dex proc'ing.

My Aegon is sig 120 so about 60% return on combos, no proxima safety net. My return was about 80-100 combo with a 40% revive. Not sure if that is sufficient for your purposes. I tend to try to go fast more than cheap since I just don't have much time.

    Okay, thanks.

Just as an update: I did this path with a team of Aegon + Shuri + Wiccan + Heimdall + Angela.

Shuri wasn't as effective against Jubilee as I liked (still lots of chip damage once rooted), so I still just Aegon'd it. I also mostly used Aegon against iBom as well, as the poisons on Shuri became noticeable.

Shuri did work like a dream against Diablo, and I think she is even better than Human Torch for him. The reason is that against Diablo, so much focus and time is spent focusing on selecting and brewing and consuming Alchemical potions, and yet we have to make sure that enough debuffs are maintained on Diablo to reverse or block his heal. Shuri has a long 22 seconds to refresh her debuffs, while Human Torch requires aggression to ensure that at least five of his 4-8 second long debuffs stay on during Diablo's SP1. Not a lot of wiggle room there.

Additionally, Shuri did surprisingly well against Stryfe. Since you can mostly control when she crits, you can control when Stryfe gains charges and becomes invisible. So, you're really only contending with the Trap Node invisibility. You're not gonna be able to stack 50 passive shocks and 50 active shocks like with other fights, since it is hard to place and refresh shocks based on the various invisibility timers, but Shuri still manages to do good DoT and has good survivability even just blocking his specials. Human Torch may be better, but I was comfortably able to take off 20-30% health each Shuri revive.

Angela does not work for Spiderman Supreme, since he copies all her buffs including Regen, meaning he ends up with more health than you take off. The Angela synergy side of things was nice though.
