Incursions noob question

I don’t regularly run incursions, but am getting close to an incursions 7* so will probably be doing so in the coming weeks.

My question is: when do the sector and zone rewards reset? I’ve cleared out zone 5 and much of zone 6 so want to know when I can go back and earn more incursions artifacts. Looks like there is one timer that resets in 2 1/2 days and a tournament ending in 27 days - just trying to figure out which is the rewards reset.

The 30 day timer is for the zone bonus (artifacts), the 4 day timer is for milestones (gold).
