Might be more beneficial to post a team you think is better rather than a specific defender/node combo as even though I think my team counters most of them, you could think up a defender/node combo to not be countered by any one team.

Unless you can think of a better team that could counter everything… 😉

Your team do counter a lot of stuff, but why immortal hulk over other science powerhouse, what unique value does he adds to the team?

If you are that confident in your team do all 6 paths of necropolis with them and come back to us.

Tbf I haven’t touched Necropolis yet, took a long break from MCOC.

From what I’ve heard Necropolis is a different animal compared to questing and other Everest content.

But they are valid defenders and node combos. If you claim your team can handle every defender and node combination, then prove it, or give up trying to make the "perfect" team and come to terms that roster diversity is an integral part of the game.

Your team do counter a lot of stuff, but why immortal hulk over other science powerhouse, what unique value does he adds to the team?

- Cheat death mechanic to cheese certain fights.
- Poison immunity which was missing.
- Gives Hercules 3 feats of strengths at the start of every fight.
- When used with a relic he can chain SP2’s and he’s an absolute nuke.
- Shuts down healing via despair/petrify.

I know OG Hulk fits the last 4 points but being able to cheese certain fights via immortality clutched it for me.

I have no idea what the defender/node combos of all 6 paths of Necropolis were at the time of making this post.

I never said my team can counter everything.

I’m not sure why you and others get so worked up about these kinds of posts. It’s just an interesting thought experiment and I’ve seen this topic discussed before many times.

Exactly my thinking and why Kabam should look into a set pool of nodes combinations to prevent the unbeatable ones creeping in at floor 20 and up unless you use units.

He still can't beat a Do you bleed collosus on life transfer with that team

You have only Heroes on your team… There are nodes that punish heroes (for example the node where only villains gain power). Sure, your team could still do well, but it doesn‘t „counter the node“…

Zemo (to deal with too many debuffs)
Awakened Morbius (to counter fisticuffs)
Onslaught (immunities galore + skill counter
Abs man/Doom (a mystic is always nice)

I-Hulk with relic can kill ROL Winter Soldier in under 50 seconds and has the following benefits:
- Cheat death mechanic to cheese certain fights.
- Poison immunity which was missing.
- Gives Hercules 3 feats of strengths at the start of every fight.
- Shuts down healing via despair/petrify.

Who would you sub I-Hulk for?
