Updating screen stopping me from doing quests.

Hey guys,
Anyone else having a problem where this loading screen comes up saying things like "loading web cartridges" and has an updating bar that never moves? It's coming up all the time now for me and it's freezing the game, however when I quit and go back in it happens again and again in the same spot until you quit the whole quest. I emailed kabam and all I got back was we're aware of an issue but we can't help you. Has it been happening to anyone else?
