It means he used the death stone to create a dimension where lives variants of every character who are personality-less... Nameless... their names don't matter, as they aren't their own person but a puppet used by Nameless Thanos, hench... Nameless characters... the Deathless are Namelesd characters with a promotion basically... and they have their own personality and mind and all
