Who to Rank 2

I've been holding out on ranking up a Cosmic 7-star, but as the basic pool grows my chances of getting the target champions decrease. Who should I rank up for overall use? Thank you for your votes.

Awaken Angela would jump to the top of my list of ALL classes. Wouldn't even care if she was only sig 20 since she's always run with Odin pre fights.

+1 for awakened Angela. One of my favorite champs for questing, incursions, BG, and AW. (Only on attack of course!)
