Shathra healing is NOT working!
I'm using Shathra in AQ. She is awakened, sig 60, meaning she is supposed to get a regen passive healing 3.9% of BASE health per vengeance at the start of each fight. Ares NOT losing immortality passive at fight start!
I just played my way through Ares, and heduring the final phase, he did NOT lose an immortality passive at the start of each fight! This was consistent for my entire playthrough. I was using Titania on the "death by debuffs" lane. Is this a known bug? It's certainly a frustrating one, given the difficulty of that fight!

Tip for the mausoleum!
Simple tip if you didn't realize it already: you can bring deathless thanos on the mausoleum quest! This means you can explore the mausoleum on normal and acquire 6* Thanos, and then use those sweet synergies to make the hard level fights much easier!

Why doesn't Kingpin take critical failure damage?
One random thing I noticed a while back that has always bothered me: when using awakened domino as an attacker vs. Kingpin, if I parry him and he fails to purify it, shouldn't he take crit failure damage from domino's sig ability? Well, spoiler alert: he doesn't. The critical failure never procs. Can anybody explain why?

Beat all raid bosses but didn't get exploration rewards?!?!

Duped Chee'ilth vs. 9.1.5 physical damage burst scourge path
My duped Chee'ith is supposed to instantly heal 66% of damage dealt to her by physical damage effects. In 9.1.5, the scourge path causes defenders to deal 5% of their attack as physical damage for each scourge charge. How does iDoom do any damage in crit me meta?
If champs like idoom, guardian, and shocker can't crit, how are they doing any damage at all in this meta? Would guaranteed crits allow them to override their own kits and do damage?
