Deathless shard selector broken?

I just completed the Thanos Reigns objective, and i picked the guillotine shard selector. It never loaded the selector, and instead, it just flickers my screen black every time i take an action in the menu...as if it's trying and failing to load the selector screen every time.

I don't even want the shard, since i have all the 7* deathless champs. I just want the damn flickering to go away.

Is anybody else experiencing this?
