Spider gwen evades captain britain when slowed!

This is a very reproducible phenomenon.

I can produce the issue in practice mode. Simply launch an sp1 using cpn. Britain against spider gwen. This puts a 16 second slow on her. Then hit her normally. She evades normal hits regularly, even though the slow debuff is active the whole time.

I ran the same test using shang chi's slow debuff, and that seems to work correctly. But captain britain's slow seems to have no evade reduction effect on spider gwen.

Is there some explanation for this behavior? Or is this simply a bug?

Captain Britain slow is 100%, Gwen even with all charges is 35% chance of evade at max

But against Unblockable she sets to 550% evade chance

is likely a bug since i don't remember Britain having Unblockable S

That 550% increase is only against unblockable special attacks. It should not trigger against normal attacks, even if they were unblockable.

And, as you said, it's a moot point anyway, because cpt. Britain does not have unblockable in her kit.
