Shathra healing is NOT working!

I'm using Shathra in AQ. She is awakened, sig 60, meaning she is supposed to get a regen passive healing 3.9% of BASE health per vengeance at the start of each fight.
I got hit early on, putting her at 20% health. I then fought the next 3 fights with her to heal back some health thanks to her sig. I fought and won all 3 fights with her, taking basically no damage in any fight.
She got the regen passive in each fight, but i never healed more than 1% health, even with 3 vengeance! I did not have any heal block or health reduction effect in any fight.
My best guess is that Shathra's sig is granting 3.9% of STARTING health, rather than base health, per fight. Either that, or this ability is simply not working!
This was in AQ map 6, with the "power through sickness" modifier, and my bonus buff was defensive measures, which has no effect for Shathra. Playing on a galaxy s25+.

Too many people here ignore the other sections, and then complain when there is no response to posts in those other sections. Self-fulfilling prophecy.
Kabam does look at them in this category, and if so may bring issues back to the team, even though they may not comment back on all reported bugs here.
( @DNA3000 may have insight on this Healing Stats issue of yours ?)
