Future foundation mr. Fantastic 2 bugged!

jdschwjdschw Member Posts: 615 ★★★
I can't score any points in the mr. Fantasic 2 objective (event quest fights). I played through an entire event quest, start to finish, but it's still at zero. And i didn't get the point for completing it in the future foundation event, meaning i will never reach the final milestone unless this is fixed.

Is anybody else seeing this problem?

Didn’t have an issue. However in trying to fulfil the 5 alliance war victories our first opponent didn’t put up any defenders so that one got a bit scuppered!

Same issue here. Tried lower eq , didn't work.
Did 2 quests of valiant eq, still didn't work.
Not sure what the hell m suppose to do that.

Try one of the daily objectives. I think that’s what did.

I got it done with the daily quests for t3b cats. Try the daily quest/proving grounds area. Also you can auto fight w science champs to get the other milestone.

As you can see, i did 2 different event quests & yet nothing registered there.

I have issue with Future Foundation Thing 3 instead.

Battlegrounds are finished, now there are only battles outside event (if you find any).
I won one (for opponent surrender before fighting) and scored no point.

It needs to be an actual fight champion vs champion?

Anyway, couldn't they just put stuffs a player can do by himself?
I mean... you can win battleground battles only if opponent decides to battle (if you find any, outside the event).
And also in alliance wars, as said by somebody, you can't win any battle if the opponent doesn't put any defence.

I think they should avoid objectives which don't totally depend on the player himself.

I came to ask the same question. Maybe Kabam can answer. I have won 4 matches in Battlegrounds so far, last night being the 4th, since it's so hard to win for me, but the objective still only shows 2 wins. Are we supposed to use a specific champion in the roster? Is love to know why i only show 2 objective points instead of 4.

There’s another post showing that you have to KO the opponent - not just ‘win’ the fight. Presumably you could KO the opponent, lose the fight in points, and still meet the objective.

This makes sense. The event was not very clear on this. So, it should read "KO a defender in Battlegrounds"
Thank you! I know the next Ping will be either "MH" or "UB", leaning towards UB, but want the shards ;)

    Thank you.

But still it's not so much a legit personal objective.
You need to find somebody whom wanna fight Battleground without the event going on, whom doesn't surrender, and whom puts opponents you can actually KO.

Seems a bit too much situational...

Test and correct. You have to actually KO the opponent, whether you win or lose the match. I got my 5. and it was UB.. thanks!

Same here. Won BG fight just now. No point for Thing.

I should add we fought all 3 matches and I won 2 of 3.

I'm having the same issue for event quests. All other objectives are completed except for BG and EQ.

However, I did notice that Battleground objective only registered when I won the entire match, not just one fight. Also it only counts if you actually fight and win, victory through forfeiture did not count as well. So it seems for BG you just need to win 5 matches, and not just 5 fights.

EDIT: I was wrong. As others pointed out, you indeed need to KO an opponent in BG. Sorry!

But for the event quests I'm still lost. Won some of the valiant and paragon monthly event quest fights, completed a broken dreams quest but nothing registered. Very frustrating.
