Need help, I do not see hearts of the shard crystal.

I collected all 5 parts of platinumpool long ago, and I’ve had trouble looking for the hearts of the shard crystal. I looked both in the misc and featured items tab of the store. Could someone help me figure this out I really want my 5 star.

Heart of the Shards (Red for 5* version) crystal is in the MISC (right-most) tab of the Store (a while ago it might have also been in left-most Featured).

On my store, it's oddly positioned in between the 6 different T4CC Trade-in crystals.

Note, the 6* Platpool crystal version is a different color.

Also, (it's been a while) I think there was a Level requirement like either being Uncollected *and* Level 40 for the 5* Platpool version ? And higher requirements for the 6* version.
Maybe that's why you don’t have it available ?
