Where would I go to submit a cheater?

I was in global doing the usual trolling(if you know me I do it everyday) when I came across an account who was hiring mercs to do necro exploration for them. I have screenshots saying they admitted to being a merc for 6 years and they would pay someone to clear content for them.

Where would I report them besides in game button?

    Lol it was super funny how it went down. He asked if anyone had explored necro and I said ya man day 1 when 4 star aegon AND HE ADDED ME. Then he offered to pay for services and all that stuff🤣
