Bad News: Jax has faulty fingers and made a typo creating this doc, this reward is indeed meant to be a 5-Star Rare Champion Selector.

Good News: The game team is awesome and decided to change it to a 6-Star Rare Champion Selector instead. (thank you game team for saving my bacon)
