Loosing battles after network issues

Hello kabam.
Why i should loose battle in arena, when network issue strikes down on me? But let me remind you, that network problem isnt on my side. Im sitting 30cm from router and i have full bar of wi-fi. That is quite known issue from your side. Why i should be punished for that? Im pretty sure this si completely not fair and tbf it really pisses me right off.

Same thing happening to me today. The game (not my internet or 4G) keeps crashing and it's making me lose arena fights and taking half health from my champs in quest fights. Kabam need to stop messing about on the servers and stop silently nerfing champs, the game shouldn't be doing this.

Don’t wanna open new topic so I’ll ask here since it’s related... I get bad signal message time to time, usually it pulls through but when it does disconnects and I reload the game if I get match recovery my champ is moving on it’s own, as if auto fight is on but it’s not on. Then I have to turn it on and immediately off to regain control. This is a big problem in act 5 since you can lose your champ while trying to regain controls. Is this happening to anyone else?
