AAR for beneficial abilities for attackers.

A fellow summoner recently pointed out that they are not draining power on armor path in 8.1.6, we all know it ia because of pacify.

My question is, why Ability accuracy for abilities from quest nodes that benefit the attacker are tied with defender's Ability accuracy. This issue is existing since I started playing in 2019 (even before that), You can witness this a lot with domino in event quests with pacify , unlucky and her built in aar.

Is this a bug or working as intended? If it is intentional, shouldn't it be wrong? I mean, why should abilities that benefit the attacker have their AA tied to defender? This makes a lot champs like domino and archangel not be able to gain advantage in those nodes.

Kabam is silent on this maybe cuz changing this might introduce a lot of new bugs? What I am missing here?

It can't be wrong if it is intentional. Do you think it is bad design? Sure. But you would notice that in later acts like 8.3 they take this into account and make many nodes immune to ability accuracy reduction so that these things don't occur

Spamming force of will nodes just to avoid this conflict is absurd, They can surely invest time in changing this, When kabam coded this design maybe in 2017, things were working fine. But a good application/ code should update itself yo match current scenario, what if they never brought up 12.0 nerf because it causes overhead and started to implement armor break immunity/ stun immunity to make thor less powerful. I believe They should atleast give explanation in this matter. I'm surprised nobody bought this one during the 9 days stream.
