Is the last piece (available in Carina Challenges section) forever like other Carina Challenges or does it carry an expiry date?

The reason I'm asking is I don't have 6 star Guillotine 2099. And I don't want to jump in with a 5 star. If its has no expiration date I'll wait then.

Yes last piece and necro piece are permanent
