I recently purchased the $50 gifting crystal bundle in-game, and I never received the seven star gifting crystal compensation that I heard other people got, I already emailed kabam support and they said that I wasn’t impacted by the issue when I was.

    Sounds like you weren’t impacted. It was for people that bought this bundle on the webstore and got a normal 7* instead of the gifted guardians 7*. I don’t think this bundle was available in game.

    That bundle was only on the webstore for Valiant players. This was not in game so support is correct in this situation.
