Gifts not being received.

in Bugs and Known Issues
My user is nebaken I have proof that 20 ish maybe more have been claimed but still not showing up on my account. which is affecting my banquet points for alliance and Solo I love this game but it's so fairly annoying at this point.others can receive my gifts from what I've heard but the gifts to me still haven't shown up in my account Kabam help.

    When someone gifts you an accolade you don’t receive anything until you get 5 of the same one for a pfp or 15 of the same one for a title. You don’t receive crystals when someone gifts you.
