Can’t Create Kabam Account

My Mcoc account doesn’t have a Kabam account and when I try to create a Kabam account it just creates a brand new account with that email instead of making a Kabam account with my already existing account. Anyone know why?

Usually that means there is already a Kabam connected.

As above, I believe that means you did make an account and just forgot about it, which means you will have to go through the process of changing email and password.
