He’s actually a good first 7* he’s got sooo much utility. His damage isn’t very impressive without the dupe. But he will be viable for basically all the content ahead of you besides BG. He’s a Great War attacker, he’s got insane heal reversal, can reverse power gain effects, a decelerate for unstoppable and evade. And triple immunities (shock, bleed, poison).

If you’re at the top of the game he’s not the best pull, but for someone still progressing I think he will help you answer quite a few problems.
