Gifting.

#1Why am I not able to send or receive gifts. I have they in inventory but empty when I select someone to send it too.

#2 how to you find the promo code section to enter it

1. you need to be level 40 to gift and you can only send accolades
2. i never heard promo codes in mcoc and i think there is no such things as promo codes in mcoc

Promo codes does (fortunately) not exist in MCOC

Gifting was stopped to stop people from abusing the system, everyone had 5 dummy accounts that they'd used to send resources to main account, glad it's gone.
