Paragon gauntlet unable to access

Hi all. I've just became Paragon. And it seems I can't access the paragon gauntlet quest. Any reason why?

Contact support, they’ll sort you out.

You need to complete tb fully to get the token. But if you’ve already completed it, you can’t click it, so support will have to do it for you
