@startropics I figured out my problem. On my iPad it wasn’t fully logged in. Yes, with iTunes my two devices were in sync but I had to go to settings in the game, login options, and enter the user information that I was using on my iPhone (where the other links worked). And since I had started to claim the rewards on the iPad it wouldn’t just let it be claimed on the iPhone. What a mess.
I have had this issue since the Onslaught bundle, but no issues with Kushala or Chee'ilth, I just contacted Prime Gaming and they claim you can only claim 1 bundle. They said 'I can confirm, the bundle you are requesting is a one-time claim. Once that is ordered there is no other claim, that is why you see no bundle on the game' and 'there were suppose to provide just a one-time Prime Gaming Loot' (edited for brevity).Is that the case? I thought we would be able to get each bundle when it comes out.

** NEWER TIP ** (from link above, and another thread today)Do a LONG (HOLD) PRESS on the “REDEEM IN-GAME” button.And then from the resulting Pop-Up, select “OPEN IN CHAMPIONS”. (or Marvel, or MCOC, depending on Language)Should help those who still have problems even if they are correctly setup with proper native default browser.
