unable to claim amazon prime gaming

happened today. i followed the instructions as usual, scanned the QR code then went into the game but there wasn't a popup or anything to claim in mail.

anyone else having a problem? it worked fine last month.

    right there with you. thought it was me using my ipad instead of my phone, but prime says "pending" on the the status banner.

    This has happened to me since the Onslaught bundle. The last one prior worked for me. I kept thinking maybe I’ll get the onslaught one at the end of the month? Guess that’s out the window

    @startropics I figured out my problem. On my iPad it wasn’t fully logged in. Yes, with iTunes my two devices were in sync but I had to go to settings in the game, login options, and enter the user information that I was using on my iPhone (where the other links worked). And since I had started to claim the rewards on the iPad it wouldn’t just let it be claimed on the iPhone. What a mess.

    My recollection is that somewhere in the Amazon instructions for claiming the rewards it states that on the device you attempt to claim on, the Marvel Contest of Champions game client must be configured to automatically log into the specific game account you want to claim the rewards on. If it is configured to automatically log into a different account the rewards will go there without any opportunity to change it, and if it is not configured to log into any account at all then the rewards won't be claimed.

    The mechanism for awarding the rewards involves launching the game client in a very specific way, and the game client must directly land on the game account you want to get the rewards. If it doesn't do that, the mechanism won't work.

    The reward mechanism is not an iTunes or Apple app store or in-app purchase mechanism, so it is completely unaware of and unaffected by iTunes synchronization of your devices. It is the MCOC game client that must be in the proper state for the system to work.

    When you scan it, it brings you to a search browser(like google, safari, and samsung internet) so what I did was I would switch between the main browser I'm currently using(samsung internet) and try setting other searching browsers as my main one. So far using Chrome has worked for me but others may too. Try that.

    So i had this problem a month ago and this is how i solved it .

    I copied the link and opened Chrome separately and then pasted the link . I was able to claim it easily . There are no missed claims . If you don't see the rewards post collecting, just restart or logout and login again and it will be there.

    I have had this issue since the Onslaught bundle, but no issues with Kushala or Chee'ilth, I just contacted Prime Gaming and they claim you can only claim 1 bundle. They said 'I can confirm, the bundle you are requesting is a one-time claim. Once that is ordered there is no other claim, that is why you see no bundle on the game' and 'there were suppose to provide just a one-time Prime Gaming Loot' (edited for brevity).
    Is that the case? I thought we would be able to get each bundle when it comes out.

    That’s not right. Each bundle is a one-time claim. If it errors on you like mine did the first couple, it shows as already claimed and you can’t try again. But each bundle can be claimed once.

    bugged again. clicked on amazon prime gaming, it went to a QR code, scanned with it my phone then it loaded MCOC and missed rewards for the third straight time. worked perfectly fine the first month.

    No, you won’t get that far. It will say you’ve already collected it before you get to the point where it opens the game and loads the rewards.

    busted again. this is the 4th time it hasn't worked.

    worked perfectly fine the first 2 times in november. is there any way to check if it was claimed but not sent out? can we please get comped for this?

    Do a LONG (HOLD) PRESS on the “REDEEM IN-GAME” button.

    And then from the resulting Pop-Up, select “OPEN IN CHAMPIONS”. (or Marvel, or MCOC, depending on Language)

    Should help those who still have problems even if they are correctly setup with proper native default browser.
