Which 6 star champs should I max sigs and ascend? Why?

Other champs I have Sauron, Spider-ham, Mister fantastic, Doctor Vodoo, Gladiator, Electra, The Overseer, M.O.D.O.K. Or should I wait for some good champs Thanks...

Thing is broken in incursions and can carry to zone 25 each month for an ag and 100 sig stones (generic ofc). He's also slow on defense and great for bgs when opponent doesn't have tigra or other nuke options
