    Not sure about "best" but my R2 Odin is by far my favourite.
    Also have R2 venom, then a few other very good 7* including photon, Bishop and shuri.

    Best is very subjective.

    For me, it a tie between Elsa Bloodstone and America Chavez. Awakened Bishop is decent too.
