Act 8 chapter 2 Bahamut blast bug

Kabam I am doing Act 8 chapter 2 boss and when Bahamut uses his specials and blast his fire animation doesn’t work properly and his blast can’t be seen which means I can’t parry it which means I can’t do the damage to defeat I can’t upload the video on the forum

    What type of device are you using? This has been an issue on unsupported and older devices.

    It's most likely due to your device and not the game which has been the case for many with this issue

    I can't get a new device i don't know to do now with the boss now Bahamut
